DPD Team

The DPD team is an enthusiastic and passionate group, with all members adding their own unique skills and expertise to the mix.

While some members of the DPD team were originally employed by ETSA and other electrical utilities, others have come from the private industry sector and have further developed their skills on the job with DPD. All members of the team have something to learn from each other, and equally, all have something to teach. DPD team members are always willing to learn and quick to catch on to new procedures, products or projects. From their extensive practical experience, the DPD team has strong problem solving skills, a sharp attention to detail and the ability to excel under pressure. At DPD we are also able to look at the wider angle of an issue or project, never losing sight of its affect on the community or the environment. The active Managing Directors of DPD, Steve Buck and Leon Graham, are also equally as likely to be sharing their knowledge, as they are to be collaborating with their team to implement a new system. The DPD Directors lead their team with strong people skills, dedicated to advancement, but never at the cost of their team. Together the DPD team has a well rounded and complementary skills base, ensuring we are able to put systems in place for future growth, for the business, and the industry.
